Our collections staff use the conservation module to enter condition reports. We recently submitted an IMLS application for a complete collection survey with the premise that the consulting conservators would use the TMS conservation module. It appeared to me that we would need to develop a data entry manual for this and if anyone has this addressed in their data entry manual, I would love to see a copy of it. Thanks.

Subject: Conservation

Hello TMSers,
Does anyone use the conservation section of TMS? Is so, who on staff enters this information? Conservators, registrars, curators?
Thanks,
