Would it be possible to put copies of users's different Crystal Reports
on the Gallery Systems support sight for others to copy and/or look at
for answers and ideas? I have a few reports that I'm very happy with
and would be happy to share, but I also know of reports that I would
love to have but don't have the time to work on. Is that possible?

I'm in Dallas, but would be very interested in sharing reports, etc.
with
other institutions via TMS. We are a brand new museum so I'm making
every
report from scratch. I took the reports class at TMS, but creating a
report
is still slow-coming. I am using the Texas Association of Museum "The
Museum Forms Book", but again, getting these into TMS and then having
them
function correctly is another story....

Subject: Regional User's Group?
I was at Gallery Systems on Friday, and I spoke with Karen about
possibly
starting a New York region user's group to discuss and share our
real-life
experience and knowledge regarding TMS.
It appears to me that a lot of us are creating the same types of forms
and
reports, and it seems redundant for everyone to be re-creating the wheel
at
each institution. And even though each institution does utilize TMS in
their own fashion, I think being exposed to other procedures and systems
would ultimately prove extremely beneficial to everyone.
If anyone is interested in this idea, please respond. Gallery Systems
has
expressed an interest in helping setting one up if there is enough
interest.
Thanks!
