Everyone,

Due to flooding and heavy rains in the Washington region, we're dealing
with a few techncial issues in the SI MoMS office today. Incoming telephone
service is unavailable. I'm not sure if voice mail is working and I don't
want your messages to go unanswered. For now, e-mail is working, so that's
the best way to go to reach us.

We're currently hearing that there will not be a fix today. Please bear
with us and we'll be back up and running soon.
