Not directly, but we'd welcome an upgrade of the Crystal client, for
various reasons. It is getting creaky - especially in realtion to
exporting reports. But, I think the licensing arrangements for clients
are different for versions of Crystal above 8.5?

Subject: TMS and Crystal 8.5

Has anyone had any problems running reports from XP machines? We
recently had a problem with XP machines not being able to run reports at
all. The "Error in Retrieving Report" message came up. We had to
manually reinstall TMS, which fixed the problem. Our IT department is
worried about compatibility components with Crystal 8.5, especially
since the version is no longer supported by Seagate, and is pressuring
us to upgrade. But since TMS 9.2 is not compatible with any higher
Crystal versions our hands our tied.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Thanks
Jennie Choi
