Dear Harby Ezzeldeen,
could you maybe point out, what your PhD is all about. Dependig on the
topic and the sicentific level, there are various journals accepting
papers on the topic of textile conservation. Choosing the corresponding
level/positioning for an article to me seems quite an important issue.
Some of the possible Journals can be found through cool (Conservation
Online, http://palimpsest.stanford.edu/), additional ones might be
pointed out to you as soon as the scope of your work becomes more clear.
