Thanks, Bob! The Wills book sounds interesting.. I'm looking forward to 
seeing your Hawaii KI book! What a project. Do you know the book _Culinary 
Tourism_ by Lucy Long? There's an interesting essay in there on poke 
contests in Hawaii.. I'll look forward to seeing the book.
