I have a problem whenever I attempt to run the Thumbnailer, because I do not have permission to write to the C: drive on the TMS host machine. Change the error log to another location that you can write to (such as "My Documents") and try running it.

Subject: eMuseum Thumbnailer Error Message

Dear fellow TMS and eMuseum users,

I am having trouble running the eMuseum Thumbnailer. I get the following error message each time I attempt to launch it. Has anyone else ever received this message?

Any ideas on how to remedy the problem?

Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.
