Thanks so much Jay! Here's the listview I've been playing with. The Word attachment basically shows what I'm trying to achieve. You can see in sql server, the object has a color transparency and a jpeg. This is what I want it to look like in TMS too. In the screenshot of the TMS listview (same object), only the transparency is showing up and I've lost the jpeg info. We're using TMS 9.383870 and SQL server 2005.

Hi Stephanie,
I will try to help you sort this out.
One thing to remember is that ListViews in TMS are one-to-one, not one-to-many. From your posting, I can't tell if you are trying to create a ListView in the Media Module or in another module such as Objects. In the Media module, the Media Master record is the "one", not the media renditions attached to the Media Master.
As Ryan and Ariana have pointed out in response to your earlier posting, you can include the "many" part by concatenating the data from the related records into a single column in the ListView.
If you could send the specs for the ListView you are trying to create, I'll give you some help. The scalar function(s) to be used in the database view could depend on the version of TMS and the version of SQL Server or Oracle you are using, so please send that information along with the specs of your ListView.
Thanks,
Jay

Subject: Re: List Views & 1 to many relationships
Hello,
I'm having the opposite problem with listviews & 1-many relationships now. I can't seem to get a listview that shows all media renditions. They all come up in sql server when I test the view, so it doesn't seem to be a linking problem, but in TMS I just get the primary rend. Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Stephanie Hansen
