Oops, I misread your question. I have no idea of the cost of printing since the publisher here undertook all that and the risk too.

Subject: Cookbook cost?
Hi all. I'm wondering about sites that have published cookbooks as part of
their Key Ingredients runs. Does anyone have any quick info on how much a
cookbook costs to print? Obviously, there is a lot of variability in
quality, length, color, etc... But even some vague sense would help.
Thanks!
Mary
