The Preventative Conservation, Collections Care, and Mount Making
Workshop Programs A & B
will be presented again this November 10th and 11th ( a Saturday &
Sunday).

This will be the 5th and final time that the introductory curriculum of
Programs A & B will be offered (for quite some time).
However, an advanced 2 day follow-up course on Designing Exhibit Mounts
and Displays, will be presented in Spring/Summer 2008.

This seminar will focus on the basic principles of collections maintenance, including environmental monitoring, integrated pest management, equipment, and the quality of archival materials and supplies used for custom housing. $155. 11 AM - 4 PM Saturday, November 10th 2007 Program B Mount Preparation and Object Support; Custom Designed Display Techniques for Exhibiting Costume, Textiles, and Historic Object Ephemera This session will be a hands-on technical studio lab.
