We seem to be having a problem searching for sequentially numbered objects that contain a hyphen, e.g. TRT-IMG125 to TRT-IMG130. Each of these object records are in our system and can be retrieved individually but we get the "No matches to these conditions" when trying to search for the range of them. Putting the object numbers in quotes doesn't work, nor does creating an advanced query with the first condition being Greater than or equal to TRT-IMG125 and the second condition being Less than or equal to TRT-IMG130.

However, I can pull up my six records that are numbered ROME200 to ROME205 by specifying the range so I wonder if having a hyphen in the object number might the issue.

Has anyone else ever experienced this or am I missing something here?

Brad
