Hi Adrian,
I have some SQL scripts saved which either turn-on Public Access for all Objects/Sites/Media (depending on your needs) and one that turns-off all Public Access. I am happy to share them with you if they might be of use - please let me know and I will send them via email.
Sincerely,
Sylvia,

The mediaXrefs table provides the link between Objects and MediaMaster tables.
Objects.objectID=mediaXrefs.ID
mediaXrefs.mediamasterID=mediamaster.mediamasterID
I suggest asking GS technical support these technical questions. Brian and Dimytri respond quickly and are very technically adept.

Subject: Tweaking a quey
Hi dear friends,
I would like to know how can I update the check "Public Access" from the Objects module and from the Media tab in the same module executing a query from the data base and which tables are involved in this query and what is the field that makes the link between Objects table and MediaMaster table. I can not find a field that makes the link between this two tables, I think there must be a third table.
I have to update about 1000 records and I would like to do it with a query.
Has anyone else come across this a managed to resolve it?
Thank you.
