Hello Rupert,

we upgraded from TMS 2012 to TMS 2016 on Windows7 in April. 
Performance has not been an issue for us - it is as fast (or slow) as before. Only the thesaurus is slower.
We've the issue that quite a few things have not been working properly since the update and also some promised features are not yet there. The main problems have been with media, but we have not yet found the reason.
