Below are the object rights type terms that we use. In reality, the CC and copyright term (+120 etc.) choices are not used. At this point I would only add CC choices as needed. However, I believe recording the copyright term has potential.
While we were drafting on our list of options the standardized rights statements were being developed. The 12 standardized choices are here:

Subject: Rights and Reproductions: Object Rights Type Field Categories
Dear All,
We're updating our Rights and Reproductions Object Rights Type field in TMS. We want to expand our set of standard categories to include a variety of copyright statuses. Currently, we only have four categories: unrestricted, restricted, not researched and partially researched. We’re brainstorming and gathering a list of Rights Type categories and would appreciate some guidance. What does your museum include under the TMS Object Rights Type field?
