Hi --

I order the intestinal curved needles from Arista Surgical Supply, 67
Lexington Ave., New York, NY 10010, 212.679.3694, www.aristasurgical.com.
They are very thin, and come in a wide variety of sizes and curves. But
double check the eyes before you order -- I've received ones with standard
eyes, and others with the "self-threading" eyes. They are inexpensive, too,
particularly when they have sales!
