Hi Eddy,

Text Entries is an option in the Field Group dropdown menu in an Advanced Query. It can be quite handy to search for info that doesn't easily fit into another field, especially when you combine the Text Type and Text Entry options. And you can copy a text entry to a group of selected records by right-clicking on the text entry and selecting "copy to entire selection". I can't attach a screen shot in this message format but if that would be helpful, send me your email.

Hello listserv and happy 2016!

We are thinking of utilizing text entries under object records for a certain project. Are text entries easily searchable either through query assistant or an advanced search? Also, can one text entry be applied to a group of works at once or can it only be added one by one?
