Dear all,

Have any of you experienced the following problem when modifying flex field groups?

We have been having trouble with data loss after modifying sub-fields in flex field groups. After I add or remove fields in the authority, I have to add the FFG to the record again in order for the new fields to populate. This resets the FFG in the record, and I end up losing all existing data there. To preserve my data, I have had to screenshot the record, and repopulate all the lost fields. There has to be a better way!

Have any of you experienced this issue? Do you have any workarounds?

Many thanks,
Stephanie Burdzy
