Hello,
Is anyone using Conservation Studio to track internal workflows for conservation treatments?

We have adopted Conservation Studio, and we are discussing ways to improve our tracking system for completing conservation treatments.  Right now our goal is to improve efficiency and transparency by tracking the dates in which specific milestones in the treatment process are completed.  (We don’t want tracking the process to be cumbersome.)

Here are some of the milestones in our current process that we anticipate needing to track:
Conservation requested.
Conservation examination approved.
Conservation examination scheduled.
Treatment proposal received.
Treatment proposal approved.
Treatment scheduled.
Treatment completed.
Treatment report entered into CS.

Is anyone else tracking their conservation workflow with Conservation Studio or possibly in TMS?  If yes, then would you be willing to share information with us?  All replies are appreciated!
