If you are on TMS2016 R2 or greater, then you can do this in one fell swoop.

On one record, enter the donor info in the acquisition-related role type on the constituent assistant screen, and then right-click to get the "Copy to Entire Selection" prompt.

For the credit line, this is in the Maintenance--Database--Search and Replace screen. (Table: Objects, Column: Credit Line) If the credit-line field is empty, tick the Equal To button. If there is existing text, tick the Contains button and enter the text.

I have 200 objects to which I need to add the same credit line and donor info. Is there an easy way to add the info to all those object records at once? Rather than pasting it in 200 times?
