Unfortunately, formatting can only be applied to the entire formula. The
formula controls for this are found by clicking the field or formula and
choosing "font." It would be wonderful if you could do the following:

If {ObjTitles.TitleTypeID} = 1 then crItalic ({ObjTitles.Title})
else crBold ({ObjTitles.Title})

but in Crystal IF-AND-ELSE and crBold, crItalic etc. are two separate
formula types.

Subject: Crystal ?

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can tell me how to make just the {ObjTitles.Title}
parts
appear in italics when I'm using a formula like this...
IF {TitleTypes.TitleType}= "PRIMARY TITLE" THEN
{ObjTitles.Title} &", " & {Objects.Dated}
ELSE "from the series " & {Objects.Title}

Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
