Hello,
We have a long-term loan that expired. We are borrowing it again for a traveling exhibition. The long-term loan record status was changed to closed loan and the object record department was changed to closed loan. Now we're trying to decide if it's best practice to 1. create a new loan record, attach the old loan object and change the department & object number or 2. create a new loan record and a new object record.
What do you do?
Thanks!
Stephanie
