Hi all,

For those not using Conservation Studio how do you track conservation work on objects in TMS?

I'm hoping to begin consistently recording conservation history in the Conservation Records module. But I want to also have this information tied to folders on our server. I'm seeing first if anyone currently does this and is willing to share workflows. Basically I'm looking to not reinvent the wheel.

My inherent thought is to treat conservation work as a project akin an outgoing loan. This way I can simultaneously record all extraneous/related material on our server under folders with the same project name. This allows tracking of multiple objects going out on conservation together but coming back separately. Lastly, being able to link all documents together under a project folder versus making copies of everything for each individual object file.

Best,
