Hello all,

TMS is down for us. After about five minutes of usage, I get the following error message: "TCP Provider: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." Our IT team is attempting to talk to TMS to resolve this issue, and we are not that familiar with the intricacies of the software. I just started here about a month ago and am still learning about TMS's quirks.

We have recently started using a table with the program at our offsite storage. That is where I first noticed the issue with TMS, so I wonder if the malfunction is related to that? Has anyone seen this error message before? If so, what actions did you take to fix the program?

Thank you,
Ellie Gibson
