Hi Olga, thank you! Your explanation makes sense to me. I will explain to my colleague how they can work around this if need be.
Thanks again,
best,
Hilde

Hi Hilde,
From what I understand, when you add an object to the exhibition record it should reflect all that data that you are talking about, however if you make any updates later on (inside the object record), it doesn't go back to the record and refresh. That is because sometimes you want to give a different info about your object for an exhibition purpose. The only way around this then, if you want your record to reflect the data it has now, is to simply delete your record from the exhibition and add it one more time, after you made all the necessary adjustments.
Hope this helps,
Olga.

Dear TMS users,
A colleague of mine is wondering why the Dimensions field info doesn’t always show in the exhibition object’s Dimensions field although the info is presents in the objects module? The same seems to be true for the Date field. Although there is a date in the field in the objects module, the date doesn’t appear in the exhibition object’s Display Date field. Do any of you know what the relation is between the fields in the objects module and the seemingly corresponding fields in the exhibition object? Should the fields in the exhibition module show the same info as the seemingly corresponding fields in the objects module contain?
Kind regards, Hilde
