Hi all,

I'm new to the weird and (sometimes) wonderful world of TMS. But I'm wondering if it's possible to filter searches based on Department. For example, we have a department called "Unsuccessful Candidates" and I would like to prevent users from seeing those records unless they specifically request them. If it is possible, then perhaps someone could point me in the right direction? (And btw, we are on TMS 2012 - should that have a bearing on anything.)
