Hi Yer,

My colleague, Jon Thristan, may have already contacted you directly about this, but for anyone else experiencing the same issue, I believe that I have an answer.

The label copy export to Word/PowerPoint functions very differently from other types of copy/paste operations in TMS. DataViews are actually mini browsers embedded in the TMS application, and use components of Internet Explorer in order to render the HTML "report". In order to use IE's built-in Copy feature to perform the copy of the DataView content to the Clipboard, there is an IE setting that must be enabled; otherwise, the copy silently fails.

To fix this, simply perform the following steps:
•	in IE's Internet Options, select the Security tab and Internet zone
•	click the “Custom level…” button
•	scroll down towards the bottom to the “Scripting” settings
•	check the value of “Allow Programmatic clipboard access”; it should be set to “Enable”

From this point forward, you should be able to successfully export Label Copy content to Word or PowerPoint.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,
Ethan
