Jennie and others -

We haven't had the exact problem you're speaking of, but we have
problems exporting reports on workstations that have both TMS and
Raisers' Edge installed. Our IT department believes it's because
Raisers' Edge supports a higher version of Crystal than TMS - hence the
problems on those workstations.

Ella

Subject: TMS and Crystal 8.5

Has anyone had any problems running reports from XP machines? We
recently had a problem with XP machines not being able to run reports at
all. The "Error in Retrieving Report" message came up. We had to
manually reinstall TMS, which fixed the problem. Our IT department is
worried about compatibility components with Crystal 8.5, especially
since the version is no longer supported by Seagate, and is pressuring
us to upgrade. But since TMS 9.2 is not compatible with any higher
Crystal versions our hands our tied.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Thanks
Jennie Choi
