External Email - Exercise Caution

GREAT NEWS!!!
We just finished installing and testing TMS 2018-SP2 (newest release) and can confirm that the random line breaks referenced below have been fixed. Our reports look much better now that the data is wrapping correctly. Thank you, Warner - you were correct that it had to do with fields that display a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. This helped to troubleshoot the issue which exists in TMS 2017, TMS 2018, and TMS 2018-SP1.

All best,
Cornelius

Hello,
This is a known Crystal issue referenced here https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.na.sage.com%2Fselfservice%2FviewContent.do%3FexternalId%3D93481%26sliceId%3D1&data=02%7C01%7CTMSUSERS%40SI-LISTSERV.SI.EDU%7Caa72115d8df048b666bb08d773809a62%7C989b5e2a14e44efe93b78cdd5fc5d11c%7C0%7C0%7C637104868490673370&sdata=t8fdgkH3%2FNiiEPOes8UbaRFu6w3E6p%2F%2BoFTDHqpnEJU%3D&reserved=0
We've experienced the same behavior and reported it to Gallery Systems. I've been cheating my reports with formatting and carriage returns until a real solution can be found...
