This is a known Crystal issue referenced here https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=93481&sliceId=1
We've experienced the same behavior and reported it to Gallery Systems. I've been cheating my reports with formatting and carriage returns until a real solution can be found...
