Hi, Paula. We're touring "Yesterday's Tomorrows" currently, and AHC has made
$1,000 grants available to each site for programming. Laura Stone, who was
program director when the project was planned and set up, designed the
attached grant application form specifically for YT sites. She wanted
something that would satisfy AHC's requirements for grant funds while making
it as easy as possible for the sites. It seems to do the job, and we've had
no complaints so far. It's in Adobe Pagemaker, so I hope you can open it. If
not, let me know, and I can fax a copy to you -- it's just one page.
