Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you all know a bit of sad news.  Rozanna will be
leaving MoMS to be a real mom!  As you know her twins were born last
October.  Taking care of them has proven to be more than a full time job, as
you might imagine.  Her resignation is effective on January 31, 2005.

Rozanna was a terrific member of the MoMS team for nearly four and a half
years.  In addition to working closely with many of you, she played a
critical role in developing and maintaining the MoMS website, which we all
depend on so much each day, as well as the Key Ingredients website.  She
helped with the development of MoMS exhibitions, helped develop all the
print materials for MoMS, and set up organizational methods that keep our
office running smoothly.  We will miss her enormously as a professional
colleague and as a friend.

On a brighter note, please join me in welcoming Robbie Davis to the MoMS
staff at SITES.  Robbie has been a project director at SITES for about three
years.  He came to Washington DC from South Carolina where he worked at the
South Carolina State Museum as head of the Field Services
Office. In that capacity, he worked closely with small museums from around
the state providing advise and professional training.  He is a hard worker
and has a passion for small museums.  We are lucky to get Robbie.  Please
join me in welcoming him to the MoMS staff.  He officially starts on

Robbie is no stranger to MoMS.  He has been involved with the Key
Ingredients exhibition and is currently working with Patricia in preparation
for the Missouri tour of Key Ingredients. He will be attending the
Orientation meeting that will be held the first week of February in Las
Vegas.  So several of you will have the opportunity to meet him there.  We
are looking forward to his full participation in MoMS.
