MoMSers,

A great idea from a Journey Stories host site in Minnesota! Help them out as they see where their logo travels.

Thanks,
RD

The attached message comes from the folks at the Wright County Historical Society which will host Journey Stories this summer. They're sending out their logo to see where it journeys and the stories it can collect. Consider sharing your story and send this on to your friends and family.

Subject: THE WRIGHT COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Friends,

The Wright County Historical Society (WCHS), located in Buffalo, Minnesota, is proud to announce that we have been chosen to receive the Smithsonian's traveling exhibit entitled 'Journey Stories' between June 1-July 11, 2010. Journey Stories tells tales of how we and our ancestors came to America. To supplement this 700 square foot exhibit we are asking for your help.

Attached you will find the WCHS logo. Our hope is that everyone who reads this letter will print out the logo, in black & white or color, take a picture of our logo and something depicting your organization/city/state/country and send your picture back to us. Images emailed to us at [log in to unmask] will be included in a slideshow on our website, as well as in our gallery, showing its' journey around the globe. We would love it if you would also share a little about your organization, your location, website-anything we can share to, hopefully, entice viewers to make a journey to you!

You can see uploaded pictures and get more information about WCHS and the upcoming Smithsonian exhibit at www.wrighthistory.org, or by calling me at 763-682-8945.

Thank you so much in advance for considering this request. We are all looking forward to seeing how far our logo travels! If you would also be willing to forward this request to someone we would really appreciate it.

Sincerely,

Sally Stevens
