Recently, MOMS staff have updated all of the SITES exhibitor and Federation
close out reports. These have not yet been placed in notebooks. It is likely
that the close out reports that are in your communities exhibitor manuals
are out of date. Please forward them to the Museum on Main Street
Administration section of the website so they can download the latest
version. You may also print and mail them to each community, ensuring they
have the latest version.

The close out report has changed to include questions concerning the most
recent Museum on Main Street publications, such as teacher and docent
resource materials.
