And Carol, could you share some details with the rest of us regarding
the change & rationale?  Even though Indiana is not on the itinerary for
this exhibit (yet), this is interesting stuff.  (If you already did, and
I missed it, sorry!)
 
Coincidentally, I just read a review for _Whitebread Protestants: Food
and Religion in American Culture_ by Daniel Sack (check amazon.com for
info; the review was in the latest issue of the Indiana Magazine of
History).  The relevance being that once again, as with barns, we may
need to look out for accusations of non-seriousness from academia.  I
argued then, and same thing here, that these topics are typical of
cutting edge history (e.g., the Sack book), but it's not an easy sell.
