I also looked for Mowilith recently and was unable to find it.  I got Lascaux 360 HV from Talas instead and was happy with the results.

Mowilith is a brand name of numerous forms of polyvinyl acetate in emulsion, solid and solution forms. Just check firms selling conservtion
materials: they sell Mowilith for sure. Also colleagues sopecializing in paper or/and painting conservation use it thus maybe they will help you
