This product was reviewed in the latest issue of Cooks Illustrated magazine
- Nov-Dec.  I couldn't find it on their web site but only did a quick
search, it may be there.  They tested it on fresh and slightly aged (washed
and dried) stains from ketchup, coffee, chocolate, etc.  The fresh stains
were reduced but not removed, and significant downward pressure with the
wand was required.  The cleaner was completely ineffective on the older
stains.
