Since ethafoam is a tradename for Dow Chemical's polyethylene product, I would suggest locating your regional/local Dow distributor.  Here in the Mid-Atlantic, this is Advanced Packaging in Baltimore (contact Buddy Frank, 410-358-9444); check their web site for other locations in the country.
