An email came in last night via Tex Cons that contains a site access to which is blocked by the Smithsonian IT management. This can indicate it's a spam site, a pornographic site(!) or a political advertisement--so just junk mail. If it was meant to be a legitimate posting, it should be explained and rephrased! For myself, it will simply be deleted.
