I am curious if other institutions have a brief on-boarding or training that they provide to new staff when it comes to using TMS? If so, do you have a PowerPoint or other type of overview manual you might be willing to share? We recently lost our database administrator, who was in the process of developing a robust user manual that is still in the draft phase, so not entirely appropriate to hand off to new staff learning to use the database (same goes for the TMS Help File). Additionally, if there are other, similar resources that anyone might recommend, we would be most appreciative to learn of them.
