You might think about using the repeating text field, and making the text
type "Location." That way, you could record a location history for the media
object. Just a thought!

Hello Users,

We are going to begin tracking our slides, transparencies, and black and
white photographs in the Media Module.  Since these are physical media
objects the screens "File Info Card" and "Archival Storage" do not appear
and "Archival Storage" is where the physical location of the back-up
digital
image resides.  I was going to modify the this screen for the physical
images but TMS does not provide them.  So, where are people recording the
physical locations for this type of media?
