External Email - Exercise Caution
Are there any files or types of files that you don't include in the database?

I'm asking because the department heads want to include pretty much everything in TMS, but I don't know if that is necessary. We have a bunch of design files (I think mostly InDesign) that we get from our designers (for brochures, publicity, education programs etc.) that are huge. Do these get attached to exhibition records (or other records) at your institutions? If not, where are they stored? Do you link them in some way in TMS so you can find them later?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
