External Email - Exercise Caution
I’ve created a report that runs from the Objects module that displays just the primary image even if the object has more than one image. In the report I group on Object.Id and in Select Expert I have: {vgsrpMediaXrefsS_RO.PrimaryDisplay} = 1

Hm. Spoke too soon. Still repeating - 2 entries (better than 5!). Maybe how new table (Media XRefs) is linked - out of the box, 2 links, both inner joins...

I am running a Crystal report for outgoing receipt that runs from the Loans module, and pulls in tombstone information and a thumblob for inked loan objects.
If an object record has more than one media attached (eg 5 media attached0 the report is repeating object entries in the report (eg 5 times).
The image piece is a subreport, with current formulas:
{vgsrpMediaImageS_RO.ID} = {?Pm-Objects.ObjectID} and
{vgsrpMediaImageS_RO.TableID} = 108
Does anyone know how to add a formula that will only pull the Primary image?
