A prestigious organisation based in Shad Thames, London, working directly with Christian Gibbon, General Manager to drive the organisation forward. The role is one which requires both a strategic approach, with the will and ability to be very much 'hands on' from the beginning.

Gallery Systems' TMS, is the overarching system in place, alongside a legacy database which needs to be validated. The 12,000 files indicate a £25m resource of items based both in Shad Thames, London and at a professional storage facility.

The requirements include a move from the commercial to an archive system and to develop a new naming structure, in order to re label and catalogue the collection. This will involve a full audit, taking photographs and providing condition reports for all relevant models, works and papers. The work is key to the next stage of the organisation and will need to ensure that it has an academic rigour to its approach.

The role is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated person who has exacting standards, proven work history in this area and previous software experience, preferably with TMS knowledge and experience.
