We have done this for one person, and only under a very extreme circumstance where the person was one of the system admins. She had need for an early maternity leave and we needed her to be able to work on a project. Otherwise not even I (a system admin) have ability to work on TMS from home. This mirrors the way we do not allow object files to leave the office of the documentation manager.

Subject: TMS Access from Home

Are there any institutions out there that allow their staff to access TMS from their home? Our museum may be offering telecommuting as an option for our employees, and I was curious how other institutions addressed this issue.
