We experimented with different size files to test this out, which is
something you might do, because performance is going to be related to
your own set up as much as anything. We did discover though that TMS
does not work at all if you give it something approaching 5 pixel
figures, x or y.

Subject: Image Sizes for TMS

Dear TMS Users:
I was wondering what size images you all load to TMS. We're
experimenting with large image files and are trying determine how large
we can go without sacrificing performance.

Until now our images for TMS have been small, less than 5MB, 150DPI.

Thanks in advance.
