Hi Jack and Anne
I have developed a Format Guidelines manual for entering data into TMS
for the Brooklyn Museum of Art. These are basic data entry
instructions for our users (Curators and departmental assistance) who are
not necessarily computer savvy. The Guidelines are a simplified
"step by step" tutorial for entering basic object catalog
information in the Objects Module. They were developed to keep our
data uniform and to provide simple instructions that was not a 300 page
manual. They do not explain classifications or policy. If you
