Attached are the guidelines our curatorial staff have agreed upon. One document shows how to enter the data, the other are style guidelines. Some curators here are following the AAM Guide to Provenance Research format, with slight variation. For institutions that are posting provenance on their websites, is this information being retrieved for your websites directly from TMS or from another database (perhaps with links to to TMS)? If not directly from TMS, is the information being entered into TMS as well?
