For survey types, we are currently using:
 
-Condition History
-Numbering/Tagging Method
-Travel/Handling Recommendations
(When we do a survey, especially one tied to a grant, we will create a name for that survey in the authority table, and name it appropriate to the grant/purpose) - although, we may explore using Attributes.  We haven't done a whole lot of these yet.
 
We use line items then, tied mostly to a condition, when treatments, etc. are done.  Here are our Line item attribute types (in case this helps).
 
-Incident (Minor)
-Incident (Monitor)
-Incident (No damage)
-Incident (Significant)
-Treatment
