Dear TMS Users,
I am curious to find out if other institutions are creating
media records for images not in your collection but they relate to an object in
you collection. For example, if you
own a painting and the sketch is in another institution, would you attach the
image of the sketch to the painting record? If so do you have a protocol for
creating the filename for the image of the sketch and what is it.
