The Brooklyn Museum has also experienced this problem, and in general
exporting reports is problematic for us.

IT ran some fixes, so we can run reports in TMS but now we're having a problem saving/editing reports on XP machines. We get the error message "The Handle is Invalid" every time we try to save. We're working with IT to find a better solution. Will let you know what we come up with.

>Has anyone had any problems running reports from XP machines? We recently had a problem with XP machines not being able to run reports at all. The "Error in Retrieving Report" message came up. We had to manually reinstall TMS, which fixed the problem. Our IT department is worried about compatibility components with Crystal 8.5, especially since the version is no longer supported by Seagate, and is pressuring us to upgrade. But since TMS 9.2 is not compatible with any higher Crystal versions our hands our tied.
